As many of us prepare for back to school, I thought it would be fun and helpful to share a podcast mini season devoted to this topic. For many of us, school will look different this year. Maybe you’re homeschooling for the first time. Maybe your kids will be attending classes at home via a virtual program. Or maybe your kids will be going back to the classroom but have new must-have’s like masks and new policies on social distancing.
Back to school season can be overwhelming, particularly this year. This mini season of the podcast is designed to help encourage and support you.
Today, I’m joined by my good friend, fellow mom, and cookbook author and blogger Renee from Raising Generation Nourished. Renee has a new cookbook out called The Little Lunchbox. We sit down for this virtual coffee date (so 2020) to share how we approach school lunch, including routines that simplify healthy lunches, favorite recipes and lunch ideas, and more. Between the two of us we have 5 kids and many years of lunch-making and packing experience.
