 Critics From the Cheap Seats What do you say to the critics? Kindness is an important part of practicing yoga. In your physical yoga practice, you want to be kind to your body. And, out in the world, you want to be kind to others. In my children’s yoga classes, we practice Karma Yoga – performing acts of kindness with no expectation of recognition or reward. There are a few things to consider when writing a word recognition goal. First, what is the student’s current level of word recognition? If the student is a beginning reader, the goals should be focused on helping the student learn to identify letters and sounds.
