If you’re anything like me these days, I’m all about coffee in all forms! Hello quarantine and homeschooling. With the temperatures climbing, I thought it would be fun to create these simple and creamy iced coffee popsicles. I love to use silicone molds because they make it super easy to pop the popsicles out! Enjoy!
