In response to requests from students and their parents, Homeschool Connections offers a four-year cycle of coordinated courses for students, third through twelfth grade, so your entire family can learn the same era at the same time, making life easier for parents and making school more fun for children. (We also offer alternate courses, not in the cycle.)
The four-year cycle includes:
- Grade-school unit studies: 3rd through 6th grade (reading list and suggested activities provided for pre-k to 2nd siblings)
- Middle-school history and literature courses: 6th through 8th grade
- High-school history, literature, and philosophy courses: 9th through 12th grade
The four eras in the cycle are:
- Ancient (available both as a recorded course and live in 2021/2022)
- Medieval (available as a recorded course in 2021/2022)
- Making of the Modern World (available as a live course in 2021/2022)
