I Spy #28

Each week Lysha at A Camera and a Cookbook shares a set of prompts for photos. On Saturday she invites participants to share their photos in the I Spy 2021 linkup. It was a mixed bag of prompts for me this week, with a couple easy ones and a couple not so easy.

- torn - This prompt turned out to be a bit difficult for me. We had some storms and rain on Saturday evening and when I stepped out the back to check the skies, I noticed the old tear in our grill cover. So here you are: torn.

- newsprint - We rarely get the newspaper any more, and haven't subscribed in ages. Any time we do get one, it goes downstairs to the kindling pile for the woodstove.

- connected - the string of lights on my front porch

- curved - the bunting in the windows of the church

- your choice - this tiny toy jeep appeared on the fencepost at the end of our drive a couple weeks ago. We don't know who put it there or why. This week I finally remembered to get a good photo of it for Instagram and it turned out to be my favorite photo of the week! An easy choice to share here.

iSpy 2021 is hosted by Lysha at A Camera and a Cookbook. The idea is to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone and do something different with your photos. Anyone can participate by taking five new photos during the week that fit the prompts. Link up during the week and have fun!
